Challenge #2 - PAINT THE PONY RIDE!
Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead

On the Southwest corner of the Farmstead, there is a pony stable and small track for children to take pony rides (right next to the fishing pond) This area has special meaning to the purchase award sponsor...her son worked there for years!  You can try to capture the horse stables, or paint a child enjoying a ride, or portray a worker in their red shirt going about the day's work...any of these things will work!!

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

1. During the plein air event, create a plein air painting of one or both of the special challenge areas.

2. Deliver your submissions to the Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead on the morning of June 1st by 7AM (the same day and time as the AM Quick Paint).  One submission per challenge per artist.

3. Judging will take place and a winner will be announced by 10AM.

4. Non-winning artists will take their piece home with them.

5. The winning artists will give up their painting for $500.

6. PLEASE LABEL EACH PIECE WITH YOUR NAME ON THE BACK!
